There are a number of Room Scheduling systems available.
The Room Scheduler allows a person to review available rooms within a corporate or educational
environment whether in one building or over a number of buildings in different locations, nationally or
internationally. This is usually done via an internet browser which will show which rooms are
available or occupied, their booking schedules, occupancy and projected use. Potential users can
also assess the size and facilities to help them make the right choice before booking on-line.
The actual rooms can have an active monitor located outside the door with visible indications of
occupancy and any information that is pertinent (e.g. what the meeting / training session is, who is
leading / presenting it, time schedule etc.).
The system has been proven to save time, effort and resources, is simple to use and install and a
superb asset to any building with numerous meeting and training rooms.
