With companies being asked to review their working practices and consider reducing their carbon footprint, any  method of cutting down on travel whilst still maintaining high levels of communications would be an excellent feature  in any working arena.

Solutions do exist and by utilising the network interactive whiteboard system, personnel can interact in live time,  between office locations nationally or internationally. 

This means that any number of offices can share the same image information be that a picture, document, map etc,  annotate over the image and have other users in other locations move, adjust and edit the same annotations. 

At the end of a session, all conference members will have the same information.
