Designed as a small and portable system, Document Cameras are a very good, cost effective way  of presenting objects, images, text and for some, sending video e-mails. For some systems, using  the included USB interface and software, you can easily capture video and edit or add special  effects. Used in conjunction with interactive presentation systems, they can enhance any teaching,  training or general presentation session. 

Low end systems such as the FlexiCam iCam Digital is ideal for viewing micro-scope images. The  integrated focus knob is sized and shaped perfectly for use with the included microscope couplers.  An optional custom microscope eyepiece further enhances the versatility of the camera. The  FlexiCam iCam Digital provides S-video and USB capabilities for enhanced versatility.

Other upgraded systems such as the AverMedia systems offer additional features such as  enhanced lens quality, greater zoom magnification and negative image display to name a few.  Some systems also have build in lamps.
